Informed and kept up to date at every stage either by telephone or email. Upon collection of the car, there was ample time given to go through the set up procedures and outline how to use an electric vehicle. An excellent service!

After having steering wheel replaced for £1200 do not expect car to be damaged on return. Outright refuse to accept responsibility. This is the second time this is experienced at the site with my previous car. Will never attend this location again.

Tim tried his best to sort out the repairs as I had just come out of hospital after cancer treatment and did not need the news of a huge car repair bill. I have bought several cars from Steven James over the years, I can't fault the staff.
