Another price was given on arrival at BMW from what I booked. There should be clarity on booking what the cost for a service will be. I had expected that recall work would be done, and wasn't informed in advance that the spare part wasn't available.

Over the past year I have booked my car in for repairs at least 6 times with some issues relating to leaking coolant. Whilst I am aware that components need replacing over time, this recurring problem has become a major cause of concern for me.

Terrible experience. £1800 for full service and new tires that were not properly fitted. I got an warning when collecting the car. I raised this with Danny who reset it but the warning came back later that evening. Still not fixed

I was told I would only pay £489 when I brought the car in, but after it was finished, they charged me nearly £700. Also, the engine gauge went off the hook the day after I picked up my car. I am completely dissatisfied with the workmanship.

Service was completed as advised, it did seem very costly for the time taken to do the service and MOT. The sunroof stopped working upon collection of vehicle after the service work, I was told to book in and it will cost me to get sunroof checked!

Quick in handling my problems but one of the defects cannot be fixed. The staff told me that I have to pay to cancel the warning signal in the screen. It doesn't make sense and upset. The software of Tesla is automatically upgraded without charge.
